First Aid Courses We Offer

We offer a range of different courses and can tailor them to meet your needs, get in contact if you require something that isn't shown below or if you are unsure about what your company may legally need.


Information: HSE strongly recommends that first-aiders undertake annual refresher training, over half a day, during any three-year certification period. Although not mandatory, this will help qualified first-aiders maintain their basic skills and keep up to date with any changes to first-aid procedures.

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)

1 Day Course Includes AED Training

Ideal for smaller workplaces, Schools, Church Groups, Scouts Leaders. Gives a firm understanding of life saving skills.


First Aid at Work Qualification (FAW)

3 Day Course Includes AED Training

Often required for the larger workplace or high-risk activities. Gives a comprehensive understanding of dealing with an emergency and understanding various medical conditions.


First Aid at Work Requalification (FAWR)

2 Day Course Includes AED Training

For individuals who wish to re-new their FAW certificate. Take this course 3 months in advance or up to 28 days after your certificate expires to keep your original certificate date.


First Aid Annual Refresher

3 Hour Course Includes AED Training

The HSE highly recommend all first aiders update their skills every 12 months. This course gives a reminder of the important first aid skills and is full of practical sessions.


Paediatric First Aid (PFA)

2 Day Course Includes AED Training

Meets the EYFS requirements. Gives a sound knowledge of dealing with an emergency and various childhood conditions.


Emergency Paediatric First Aid (EPFA)

1 Day Course Includes AED Training

Meets the requirements for nannies, child-minders, au pairs and others who care for children. Gives a firm understanding of life saving skills for Children and infants.


FAW + PFA

3 Day Course Includes AED Training

An easy way to combine the HSE regulations and the EYFS requirements into one course; receiving both certifications upon successful completion.


FAW + EPFA

3 Day Course Includes AED Training

Covering the main FAW syllabus along with Junior/Infant basic life support. Ideal for schools and those working children.


FAW + Forestry

3 Day Course Includes AED Training

Adding extreme heat/cold, crush injuries, bites, ticks, and more to the FAW syllabus.


EFAW + PFA

2 Day Course Includes AED Training

Cover the syllabus of both an adult and Junior/infant and gain both certificates in one course. Meeting both the HSE regulations and the EYFS requirements.

Giving parents/carers confidence to deal with general cuts and grazes, larger bleeds and unconsciousness.
